Account Suspensions

All accounts registered and used in Sky Pirates Online can be suspended at any time under the following circumstances:

If evidence is found that the account has participated in "hacking," "scamming," or theft of another player's possessions.
If the account is found exploiting or abusing "bugs" in the game or on the website.
If the account owner has been previously suspended while using a different account.
If the account is suspected of providing fraudulent or false information related to credit card details, bank account numbers, or PayPal accounts.

Refund Policy

Sky Pirates Online features a virtual shop called the Item Mall, where players can purchase items, supplies, and services for their characters using virtual currency known as Crystals (Item Mall Points).

Crystals or Virtual Items are credited to your account automatically after payment is completed. All purchases are non-refundable.
Purchasing Crystals or Virtual Items contributes to maintaining the server and game operations.

To acquire Crystals, you will need to provide us or an approved payment processor (e.g., PayPal) with credit card information and other related details (billing/shipping address, expiration date, etc.). Once you authorize a payment, the amount is non-refundable.
By using a credit card on this server, you affirm that you are an authorized user of the card. Any unauthorized use of a card, regardless of your relationship to the cardholder, will be considered fraud and may result in legal action to recover losses.
Once Crystals or Virtual Items are delivered or used, they cannot be returned or refunded. If a payment is disputed or charged back, the associated accounts will be suspended or terminated if fraudulent activity is detected.

Minors are prohibited from making credit card purchases without parental consent. Any purchase made by a minor is subject to these terms and is the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

If any part of this policy is unacceptable to you, you may discontinue using the services of Sky Pirates Online.

Real-World Trading (RWT)
Selling or purchasing in-game items, gold, or accounts for real currency is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent account suspension.

Third-Party Programs
The use of third-party programs to modify or affect the normal operation of the game client is illegal and will result in permanent account suspension.

Botting
Players found botting will receive a permanent account suspension. Botting is defined as using external programs to automate actions like sea-commerce or repeatedly using the same skill (e.g., Howl or Magma Bullet) automatically. Together, we can stop botters—don’t forget to report suspicious behavior!

Accidental Item Loss
Sky Pirates Online staff cannot assist in recovering items lost due to player negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, dropping or deleting items.

Cheating
If you believe a player has gained an unfair advantage through cheating or other means, please contact our Support Center with details. We will address the issue promptly.
